The Villa

Located in a quiet residential area, fenced protected by an electric gate, away from all eyes, the villa les Hauts de Chaudeyrac is the perfect place to spend a holiday in the sun feeling like home. With family or friends, the 4 bedrooms can accommodate between 8 to to 10 people.

The heated pool of 5x10 meter facing south and the magnificent shady terrace with its garden furniture and electrical plancha will help you, for sure, to fully relax during your stay.

The garden of 8 acres with palm trees, the olive tree and fruit trees leaves you space for arranging the deck chairs, play a table tennis match or make a small petanque contest !

The bedrooms

Zen room

Equipped with a double bed (160x200), 2 bedside tables and a large wardrobe with mirrors

Alpha room

Equipped with bunk beds (90x200) with a removable safety barrier, a sofa bed (140x200) and 2 drawer cabinets.

New-York room

Equipped with a double bed (140x200), a single bed (90x200), 3 bedside tables and a big drawer cabinet.

The Jean-Luc shack

A little nod to our friend who participated in the first tour of the house to make the place so special for us it is today. This 4th room isolated from the villa has a double bed (140X200) and antique furniture found in flea markets over the region.

To note: each bed has pillow(s) with protective cover, a light duvet and a mattress pad which will be returned in the condition in which it was provided .

The main room provides access to the corridors leading to the bedrooms, bathroom, shower room and garage. Direct link with the terrace, it includes a large kitchen fully equipped, a reading area and living room.
